At Cast Club each silicone mold is handmade and made-to-order with care to meet the highest standards of quality. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our policy below:

Returns and Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on molds, as each item is custom-made for you.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed or before the order is shipped out, whichever occurs first.

Inspection Policy

• We strongly recommend that you inspect your mold carefully upon receipt before using it.

• If you notice any defects or damage from the manufacturing process, please contact us at hello@castclub.co.uk immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Quality Assurance

• Each mold undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. However, as every item is handmade, occasional imperfections may occur.

After Use

• Once a mold has been used, we are unable to assist with refunds, replacements, or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding, as the condition of the mold after use cannot be verified.
